260056 Einführung in die Rechtsphilosophie (S) (WiSe 2024/2025)

Dieses Seminar bietet einen Einstieg in unterschiedliche Debatten in der Rechtsphilosophie. Wir werden grundlegende Fragen und Probleme des Rechts besprechen, wie zum Beispiel: Was ist die Natur und Funktion des Rechts? Wie verhalten sich Recht und Moral zueinander? Gibt es eine Pflicht, sich an das Recht zu halten? Zudem diskutieren wir spezifischere Themenbereiche wie das Strafrecht, die Rechtfertigbarkeit zivilen Ungehorsams, und radikale Kritik an Rechtssystemen. Im Seminar lesen und besprechen wir englisch- und deutschsprachige Texte, die im Lernraum zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
