... die Bedeutung von Gesundheitsverhalten, -lebensstil und –kompetenz für Prävention kennen und können diese beschreiben.
... Verhaltensweisen, die die Morbidität & Mortalität beeinflussen kennen und können diese benennen.
…etwas über das Gesundheitsverhaltens (in Deutschland) und können Einflussfaktoren auf das Gesundheitsverhalten benennen und erläutern.
…verschiedene Modelle des gesundheitsrelevanten Verhaltens kennen und können zwei anhand von Beispielen erläutern.
Sie reflektieren Ihr persönliches Gesundheitsverhalten.


In der Vorlesung werden verschiedene Konzepte und Modelle gesundheitsrelevanten, präventiven Verhaltens vorgestellt. Anhand von Beispielen wird die Relevanz der Modelle für die Praxis erläutert. Insbesondere wird hier auch auf die Bedeutung der Salutogenese und Resilienz eingegangen.
