Bühnenpräsentation - Veranstaltungsmanagement im Literaturbetrieb
Worauf muss ich achten, wenn ich eine Live-Lesung realisieren möchte? Was macht ein gutes Veranstaltungskonzept aus? Und wie kann ich die Veranstaltung bewerben? Diesen und weiteren Fragen rund um das Thema Veranstaltungsmanagement geht Charlotte Tappmeier (Mitarbeiterin des Literaturbüros OWL) gemeinsam mit Studierenden nach.
Um das entstandene Konzept umsetzen zu können, muss für jedes Projekt erst die Finanzierung gesichert werden. Den Studierenden wird im zweiten Schritt gezeigt, wie Kosten- und Finanzierungspläne erstellt und Fördermittel beantragt werden. Mit welchen Ausgaben und Einnahmen kann gerechnet werden? Wie funktioniert die Fördermittelakquise? Zudem wird der Bereich Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit besprochen und schließlich ganz praktisch gefragt, worauf bei der Veranstaltungsorganisation geachtet werden muss.
So erlernen die Studierenden auf Grundlage ihrer eigenen Ideen, welche Vorarbeit geleistet werden muss, um eine Veranstaltung im Literaturbetrieb erfolgreich zu realisieren und erhalten einen spannenden Einblick in die praktische Arbeit des Veranstaltungsmanagements des Literaturbüros OWL. Eine Exkursion in das Literaturbüro OWL in Detmold soll Teil des Seminars sein. Ziel ist es, dass die Studierenden eine Live Veranstaltung mit selbst ausgewählten Künstler*innen und Werken realisieren.
