Die praktische Übung ergänzt die Vorlesungsinhalte des Moduls "Markt- und Informationsstrukturen". Es werden jeweils Themen vorbereitet und in der Veranstaltung vorgestellt. Die Inhalte reichen von aktuellen Problemen der Wirtschaftspolitik bis hin zu eher formalen Themen wie Anreizproblemen spezieller Vertragsstrukturen. Die Themen werden am ersten Veranstaltungstermin vergeben.
Als Quelle in diesem Semester dient das Buch "Ökonomie, Moral und Geschichte" von Alfons Weichenrieder, welches wir kapitelweise besprechen.

Mindestens eine Veranstaltung des Moduls "Markt- und Informationsstrukturen" sollte bereits besucht worden sein. Es ist nur wenig sinnvoll, diese Veranstaltung vorher zu besuchen, da Verbindungen zu den Vorlesungsinhalten hergestellt werden müssen.
