Die Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) beschäftigt sich mit der Frage, wie man intelligentes menschliches Verhalten nachbilden kann. Dabei wird auf interdisziplinäre Ansätze aus u.a. den Bereichen der Psychologie, der Linguistik und Kognitionswissenschaft aufgebaut.
In diesem Journal Club befassen wir uns mit den Grundlagen der Künstlichen Intelligenz, indem wir Meilensteine der Wissenschaft diskutieren. Dabei werden klassische Papers zur Sprache kommen, aber auch Grenzfragen zur Reichweite der Verfahren der Künstlichen Intelligenz und philosophische Aspekte Beachtung finden.
Die Papers werden an alle Teilnehmer des Seminars ausgegeben und gelesen und jeweils von einzelnen Studierenden in Form von Kurzreferaten vorgestellt. Im Anschluss an die Vorträge werden die Inhalte der Papers von allen Teilnehmern gemeinsam diskutiert.
