[Digitale Medizin] Die Studierenden lernen Phasen und Werkzeuge des Projektmanagements kennen.

Die Studierenden regeln die Verantwortlichkeiten und Kommunikationskanäle.

Die Studierenden beginnen die Projektplanung für die selbstgewählte Aufgabe, sie bestimmen Ziele, Prozesse und Meilensteine.
