Studierende 1-60
Die Studierenden kennen nach dem Besuch der Vorlesung den Unterschied zwischen diagnostischen und Screeningtests und können Besonderheiten in der allgemeinmedizinischen Diagnostik begründen und am Beispiel der Strategie des abwartenden Offenhaltens unter Abwendung gefährlicher Verläufe erläutern.
Die Vorlesung vermittelt das Verständnis des Unterschieds zwischen diagnostischen und Screeningtests und einen Einblick in (kognitive) Strategien hausärztlicher Diagnosefindung und knüpft dafür an die Einführungsvorlesung zu den Spezifika des allgemeinärztlichen Settings an. Die große Spannbreite möglicher Erkrankungen, die hohe Zahl von Patient*innen mit selbst-limitierenden und psychosomatischen gesundheitlichen Störungen, die sogenannte \"erlebte Anamnese\" und die Kenntnis sozialer Einflussfaktoren aus dem Umfeld der Patient*innen erfordern und erlauben eine besondere Vorgehensweise, die häufig vom ärztlichen Handeln in Kliniken, Spezialambulanzen etc. abweicht.
