Diese Veranstaltung setzt sich mit der Qualität von Unterricht auseinander und hat deshalb den Alltag von Schule und die LehrerInnenprofessionalität zum Inhalt. In diesem Seminar möchten wir die vielfältigen Anforderungen, die an Lehrerinnen und Lehrer gestellt werden, thematisieren, diskutieren und Möglichkeiten der Begegnung erarbeiten. Von Ihnen, den TeilnehmerInnen, erwarten wir Interesse daran, sich das Berufsfeld LehrerIn unter verschiedenen Aspekten und aus diversen Perspektiven zu erarbeiten, die Bereitschaft, das Seminar aktiv mitzugestalten und sich reflektierend mit Ihrer eigenen Person und "Schulgeschichte" auseinander zu setzen.
