Dieses Seminar baut auf den Inhalten der Basiskompetenzen Seminare sowie den Lehrveranstaltungen zu Grundlagen der Psychotherapie sowie Diagnostik und Begutachtung auf. Der Fokus liegt auf der Vermittlung von Interventionskompetenzen in Bezug auf psychotherapeutische Gesprächs- und Behandlungssituationen mit Erwachsenen zur Vorbereitung auf die BQT III.
Den „roten Faden“ des Seminars bildet die Sitzungsstruktur einer zwölf Kontakte umfassenden Therapie mit erwachsenen Patient:innen sowie die konkrete Vorbereitung und Ausgestaltung einzelner Therapiesitzungen in Abhängigkeit der jeweiligen Therapiephase.
Studierende sollen die unterschiedlichen Foki einzelner Sitzungen mit Patient:innen in Abhängigkeit der Therapiephase kennenlernen (u. a. Vermittlung von Entstehungs- und Aufrechterhaltungsmodellen, therapeutische Interventionen, Rückfallprophylaxe) und befähigt werden, die Sitzungen entsprechend auszugestalten.
Studierende sollen verschiedene therapeutische Interventionen in ihrer Durchführung einüben (z.B. Aktivitätenaufbau, Kognitive Therapie), die jeweiligen Indikationsbereiche kennenlernen sowie auf etwaige Schwierigkeiten in der Umsetzung vorbereitet werden.
Das Seminar wird als Blockveranstaltung durchgeführt. Es besteht Anwesenheitspflicht, da die Vermittlung praktischer psychotherapeutischer Kompetenzen im Vordergrund steht.
