GitLab is one of the largest web-based version control platforms for software projects. Over time, other features have been added, such as service desk functionality. The SHUFFLE project is developing a service desk for accessibility testing. The goal of the project is to develop a desktop application that can be tailored to the needs of specific testing, but also tightly integrated with GitLab's service desk infrastructure to leverage GitLab's existing functionality.
