300043 Befragungsmethoden: schriftlich/Telefon/online (BS) (SoSe 2015)

Im Rahmen des Seminars werden Möglichkeiten, Vor- und Nachteile von schriftlichen, telefonischen und Online-Befragungen vorgestellt. Dabei werden methodische Unterschiede herausgearbeitet – wie etwa Besonderheiten der Fragestellung und Skalierung - sowie praktisch umgesetzt. Ziel des Seminars ist es, eine eigene Befragung in einer Gruppenarbeit durchzuführen. In der Vorbesprechung sollen Gruppen eingeteilt sowie Themen frei gewählt werden. In der vorlesungsfreien Zeit findet die betreute Arbeitsphase statt, woraufhin im Block die Ergebnisse präsentiert werden.
