Die Veranstaltung setzt den „Grundkurs Strafrecht: AT I“ aus dem SomSem 2015 fort. Die wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen werden in ein jeweils erweitertes Straftatsystem integriert und die Arbeitsweise wird problemorientiert ausgerichtet.
Inhaltlich geht es einerseits um modifizierte Problembereiche des Allgemeinen Teils sowie im Rahmen des Besonderen Teils um die sog. „Delikte gegen die Person“. Existentielle Rechtsgüter des Individuums stehen also im Vordergrund der strafrechtswissenschaftlichen Betrachtung: Tötungsdelikte, Körperverletzungsdelikte, Delikte gegen die Freiheit und Selbstbestimmung sowie Delikte gegen die Ehre.
Die Vorlesung wird – wie bereits im vergangenen Sommersemester – durch die E-Learningplattform Jurmoodle begleitet und durch Tutorials (ab der 3. Vorlesungswoche) ergänzt.
Am Ende des Semesters wird eine Klausur geschrieben und eine Hausarbeit angeboten (Ausgabe am letzten Semestertag). Literaturhinweise werden in der Vorlesung mitgeteilt.
