Ziel dieses Wahlfaches soll es sein, interessante interdisziplinäre Themenfelder der Neurologie zu vertiefen. Hier werden neben für Neurologie-Interessierten aber auch für Studierende, die als primäres Ziel Allgemeinmediziner*In, Internist*In, Anästhesist*In, Rettungsmediziner*In, o.a. werden möchten, alltägliche Berührungspunkte der späteren praktischen Tätigkeit mit neurologischen Erkrankungen besprochen.

Das Seminar ist nicht als Frontalvortrag konzipiert, sondern soll den Studierenden die Möglichkeit geben, durch gemeinsame Falldiskussion ein sinnvolles Vorgehen häufiger Symptomkonstellationen zu erarbeiten. Wie strukturiere ich mich für bestimmte Syndrom- und spezifische Konstellationen? Woran sollte ich unbedingt denken? Konstruktive Mitarbeit und Diskussionen sind explizit erwünscht!

Folgende Themen werden behandelt:

  • Freitag, 09.05.25 (14:15 - 15:45 Uhr): Schwindel – wie gehe ich sinnvoll im Ärztlichen Bereitschaftsdienst oder in der Notaufnahme vor?
  • Freitag, 09.05.25 (16:00 - 17:30 Uhr): Polyneuropathie? Wie stelle ich die Diagnose und wie gehe ich weiter vor?
  • Dienstag, 13.05.25 (16:00 - 17:30 Uhr): Rückenschmerzen in der Notaufnahme – unspezifisch oder muss ich direkt handeln?
  • Donnerstag, 05.06.25 (14:15 - 15:45 Uhr): Parkinson - Wie stelle ich die Diagnose, wie und durch wen sollte behandelt werden?
  • Donnerstag, 05.06.25 (16:00 - 17:30 Uhr): Kopfschmerzen – wie gehe ich sinnvoll im Ärztlichen Bereitschaftsdienst oder in der Notaufnahme vor?
  • Freitag, 06.06.25 (16:00 - 17:30 Uhr): Neurologisch-topische Diagnostik zur Differenzierung von Hemisphären- und gekreuzten Hirnstamm-Läsionen
  • Donnerstag, 12.06.25 (16:00 - 17:30 Uhr): Does sex matter? Geschlechter-spezifische Unterschiede in der Neurologie
  • Dienstag, 17.06.25 (16:00 - 17:30 Uhr): Stroke in the young - seltene Ursachen für den Schlaganfall. Woran sollte ich denken?
  • Donnerstag, 10.07.25 (14:15 - 15:45 Uhr): Differentialdiagnostik von Gangstörungen
  • Donnerstag, 10.07.25 (16:00 - 17:30 Uhr): Paraneoplastische Syndrome in der Neurologie – wann sollte ich nach Neoplasien suchen?
