Das Seminar gibt einen grundlegenden Einblick in das pädagogische Handlungsfeld der Beratung. Es werden verschiedene Beratungsansätze theoretisch thematisiert und Bezug auf die Herausforderungen und Anforderungen im Umgang mit der Zielgruppe der Erstakademiker*innen an der Hochschule in der Beratungspraxis genommen.
Dabei werden wir uns mit Themen wie sozialer Herkunft, Klassismus, Chancengerechtigkeit und Habitus-Struktur-Konflikt kritisch auseinandersetzen und uns mit Ansätze wie dem der habitussensiblen Beratung in Bezug auf die Zielgruppe der Erstakademiker*innen befassen. Gemeinsam wollen wir über mögliche Austausch- und Beratunsgformate für die genannte Zielgruppe ins Gespräch kommen.

Ziel ist die kritische Reflexion von Beratungsinhalten und des eigenen pädagogischen Handelns.

Voraussetzung ist das Interesse an der Reflektion der eigenen Rolle und Bildungsbiografie.

Diese Veranstaltung berücksichtigt inhaltlich insbesondere die Aspekte des Leitbildes für die Lehre im Hinblick auf Genderaspekte, Vielfalt der Menschen, Persönlichkeitsentwicklung und Berufsfeldorientierung.
