300125 Führung und Organisation am Beispiel der Polizei - Organisationssoziologisches Fallarbeitsseminar (S) (WiSe 2015/2016)

Die gemeinsame Arbeit an Organisations- und Führungsproblemen ist sowohl
für Polizist/Innen als auch für Soziolog/Innen interessant und kann beiden
Seiten neue Sichtweisen für ihre Führungs- bzw. Forschungspraxis
erschließen. Dieses Seminar wird deshalb in Kooperation mit dem Fachgebiet
Polizeiliche Führungslehre der Deutschen Hochschule der Polizei für
Polizist/Innen und Soziolog/Innen im Masterstudium angeboten.

Inhalte: Erarbeitung einer soziologischen Sichtweise auf Führung und
Organisation von Polizeibehörden.

Vorgehensweise: Lektürebasierte Erarbeitung organisations- und
polizeisoziologischer Grundlagen sowie Anwendungsübungen auf die
Polizeipraxis im Wochenrhytmus; am Blockwochenende Bearbeitung von
Fallbeschreibungen aus der Führungspraxis in gemischten Kleingruppen aus
Soziolog/Innen und Polizist/Innen.
