Das Forschungsseminar richtet sich vorrangig an Studierende, die eigene Überlegungen im Bereich unterschiedlicher Organisationstypen wie Unternehmen, Verwaltungen, Universitäten, Krankenhäuser, NGO, Armee und Polizei vertiefen wollen. Im Seminar werden ausschließlich Exposés und Arbeiten der Studierenden zur Diskussion gestellt. Im Seminar werden insbesondere Theorieprobleme und empirisch-methodische Fragen diskutiert, die sich im Rahmen laufender und geplanter organisationssoziologischer Forschungsarbeiten der Teilnehmerinnen und teilnehmer stellen.
Das Forschungsseminar richtet sich einerseits an fortgeschrittene Bachelor-Studierende, die bereits das Einführungsmodul in die Organisationssoziologie belegt haben und über Grundkenntnisse der Organisationssoziologie verfügen. Andererseits kann das Modul auch von Studierenden belegt werden, die sich auf ihre Diplom- bzw. Masterarbeiten vorbereiten oder diese bereits bearbeiten, sowie von meinen Promovierenden, deren Arbeiten organisationssoziologisch relevante Bezüge haben.Im Hinblick auf eine genaue Seminarplanung wird gebeten, sich mit Themenvorschlägen bereits vor Semesterbeginn an den Veranstalter zu wenden. Termine mit externen Diplomanden und Doktoranden erfolgen ggf. in einem gesonderten Blocktermin. Informationen über Termine werden über den E-mail-Verteiler verschickt.
