Organisation und Gesellschaft werden in der soziologischen Theoriebildung als unterschiedliche Ebenen der sozialen Ordnung behandelt. Andererseits schließt die Gesellschaft als umfassendes Sozialsystem auch die Organisationen ein, so dass eine vollständige Trennung der entsprechenden Teil-Theorien nicht möglich ist. Vor diesem Hintergrund soll der geplante Kurs nach Interdependenzen und Übergängen fragen.
