Schwerpunkt dieser Veranstaltung ist das Konzept der intensivierten Elternschaft und dessen Auswirkungen im Kontext der Familien- und Erziehungsberatung. Ziel ist es, die gesellschaftlichen und individuellen Faktoren zu analysieren, die zu erhöhten Ansprüchen an Eltern führen, sowie die Folgen für innerfamiliale Dynamiken zu identifizieren und in Bezug auf Entwicklung von Kindern zu reflektieren. Ein spezifischer Fokus nehmen dabei die Fachkräfte in Beratungskontexten ein. Hier sollen sozial-generativer Erwartungsdruck, elterliche Überforderung, Schuld- und Schamgefühle aus professionell-beraterischer Perspektive in Bezug auf den professionellen Umgang beleuchtet werden.
