Neoliberalen Reformen haben in den meisten europäischen Ländern die Leistungen von Professionen im Blick. Sie werden von den Leistungsempfängern nicht mehr nur erwartet, sondern sollen politisch gesteuert werden. Qualität fasst die Versuche zusammen, professionelle Leistungen angemessen zu erfassen und zu steuern. Dieses Seminar betrachtet die Literatur zu den methodischen und regulativen Problemen, die im Zusammenhang mit der Steuerung professioneller Qualität auftreten.
