Zwar wird in der Hochschulliteratur mit Konzepten wie der „Organisationswerdung“ zunehmend auf die bürokratischen Durchgriffsmöglichkeiten von Universitäten abgestellt, allerdings sind die Instanzenzüge an diesen Organisationen nur schwach entwickelt, die Technologien der Lehre und Forschung sind unklar und die traditionell lose Kopplung der Universität behindert Steuerung nachhaltig. Um organisatorische Ziele durchzusetzen müssen die Organisationen also verhandeln. In diesem Seminar werden an Beispielen von empirischen Analysen zur Haushaltsglobalisierung die Bedingungen der Möglichkeit von Verhandlungen, ihre wesentlichen Problemstellungen und ihre Erfolge diskutiert. Dieses Seminar wendet sich an Studierende, die besonderes Interesse an empirischen Organisationsanalysen haben.
