Das Seminar beschäftigt sich mit einzelnen Problembereichen des Strafrechts und verbindet sie mit rechtsphilosophischen Grundlagen. Ein Beispiel: Fragen rund um die "ärztlich begleitete Sterbehilfe" werden ohne Verständnis der Autonomie des Individuums nicht zu beantworten sein. Die Seminarteilnehmer:innen sollen sich deshalb mit Schnittstellen zwischen Strafrecht und Philosophie auseinandersetzen.
Teilnahmevoraussetzungen
- Interesse an grundlegenden Fragen zum Strafrecht
- Übernahme eines Themas und Vortrag dieses Themas im Rahmen des dreitägigen Blockseminars
- Anwesenheitspflicht und Diskussionsbereitschaft während des Seminars
- Schriftliche Hausarbeit zum Vortrag im Anschluss an das Blockseminar

WICHTIG:
- Anmeldung im Sekretariat des Lehrstuhls (Eintrag im eKVV reicht nicht aus) - U 8 - 239.
- Teilnahme an der Vorbesprechung zum Seminar ist zwingend erforderlich; die Vorbesprechung findet statt am 13. April 2023 um 16.00 Uhr s.t. in C01-220.
