250004 Innovative Ansätze zur Schulentwicklung (S) (WiSe 2007/2008)

Als Reaktion auf die Ergebnisse internationaler Vergleichsstudien werden unterschiedliche und zum Teil auch konkurrierende Reformansätze zur Qualitätsentwicklung der Schulen propagiert. Das Spektrum dieser Ansätze reicht von neuen Lern- und Förderkonzepten (z.B. flexible Schuleingangsphase, offener Ganztag), ergebnis- und standardorientierten Steuerungsmodellen (z.B. Lernstandserhebungen, zentrale Prüfungen), neuen Handlungsfeldern von Schule (z.B. Öffnung von Schule) bis zu neuen Modellen der Organisationsentwicklung (z.B. Selbstständige Schule, Schule als lernendes Unternehmen). Im Vergleich sollen Stärken und Schwächen der einzelnen Ansätze ermittelt und begründete Perspektiven zur Entwicklung einer neuen Lern- und Schulkultur aufgezeigt werden.
