Eine Hauptaufgabe im Pfarramt ist die Leitung der Gemeinde.
Darauf sind Pfarrerinnen und Pfarrer in der Regel am wenigsten vorbereitet.
Im Proseminar wollen wir versuchen, dass jeder Teilnehmer ein Modell von Gemeindeleitung entwickelt, das zu ihm oder ihr passt. Dazu werden wir eine theologische Theorie der Gemeindeleitung, wie sie Schleiermacher entworfen hat, mit Leitungsmodellen aus Unternehmen und Non-Profit Organisationen vergleichen.
