Die Arbeitsweise in Laboren ist geprägt von Versuchen, Proben und Fragestellungen. Auch in diesem Seminar werden die Teilnehmer*innen mit einfachen gestalterischen Möglichkeiten und Mitteln experimentieren. Dabei geht es um die individuelle Auseinandersetzung mit Objekten unserer direkten alltäglichen Umgebung, dem privaten Raum und damit auch dem Ich. Prozesshafte Schritte und Übungen werden im begleitenden Werkstattbuch dokumentiert. Zum Ende des Semesters entsteht so eine sichtbare Sammlung der gemachten Beobachtungen und Erfahrungen. Dabei spielen auch Zufall, Scheitern und Zweifel eine Rolle.
Beispiele wichtiger zeitgenössischer Positionen der Bildenden Kunst ergänzen und werden besprochen.Informationen zu benötigten Materialien und dem Kursverlauf werden während des ersten Termins mitgeteilt.
Das Seminar findet nach aktuellem Stand zunächst online und nach Möglichkeit an einigen Tagen auch in der Uni statt.
