Die Veranstaltung hat zum Ziel, ausgehend von der Erarbeitung einer (system-)theoretischen Grundlage, Planungsprozesse zu entwickeln, Methoden und Werkzeuge der Organisationsberatung kennen zu lernen und diese in unterschiedlichen Gruppenarbeitssettings praktisch zu erproben. Mit Blick auf das Berufsfeld der Unternehmens- und allgemein der Organisationsberatung sollen berufliche Handlungskompetenzen in Form von Beraterkompetenzen erworben werden können.
