Studierende lernen aktuelle Forschungsthemen der Psychologie und angewandten Linguistik kennen, die für die psychologischen und kommunikativen Aspekte der Medizin bedeutsam sind. Sie beherrschen die relevante Terminologie und Methodik bezüglich der psychologischen Grundlagen, der Linguistik, der angewandten Sprachwissenschaft und Mehrsprachigkeitsforschung, wie sie für das medizinisch-klinische Tätigkeitsfeld Anwendung finden. Sie kennen das grundlegende Spektrum relevanter Theorien und Forschungsansätze in den beteiligten Disziplinen.


Die einführende Vorlesung vermittelt in einem ersten Block grundlegende Kenntnisse über zentrale Themen der Psychologie. In einem zweiten Block erwerben die Studierenden Kenntnisse aus den Bereichen der Linguistik. Die Veranstaltung vermittelt die grundlegenden Begriffe der Linguistik, sie führt ein in Themenfelder und Theorien und gibt einen grundlegenden Einblick in relevante angewandte Bereiche der Sprach- und Kommunikationsforschung.
