Das Modul besteht aus diesem Praktikum im SoSe und der Vorlesung und dem Seminar "Grundlagen der Genomforschung" (209214 und 15 im WS). In diesem Praktikum sollen die methodischen Grundlagen zum Verständnis der DNA-Sequenzierung und der Auswertung von DNA-Sequenzen mit Sequenzverarbeitungsprogrammen gelegt werden. Daran anknüpfend sollen Sequenzanalysen mit Hilfe von Datenbankvergleichen und ausgewählten Verfahren der Bioinformatik vorgenommen werden. Voraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Teilnahme am Modul ist die fristgerechte Abgabe eines ausführlichen Praktikumsprotokolls. Leistungskontrolle: Abschlussklausur
