Das Falltraining begleitet die VL (Besonderer Teil des Strafrechts). Im Rahmen von Übungsfällen werden die Lerninhalte aus der VL geübt. Die einzelnen Tatbestände, die im Rahmen der LV erläutert wurden, kommen hier bei der praktischen Lösung von Sachverhalten zur Anwendung. Gleichzeitig werden einzelne Aspekte hinsichtlich der praktischen Lösung vertieft.
Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass das Wissen hinsichtlich der wesentlichen Lösungsansätze zur praktischen Falllösung (Grundlagen und Allgemeiner Teil des StGB – Strafrecht für das BA-Nebenfach I, VL und Falltraining) Voraussetzung für eine erfolgreiche Teilnahme an dieser LV ist, da hier eine vertiefte Fallbearbeitung stattfindet (Prüfung der Strafbarkeit nach den ausgewählten Straftatbeständen des Besonderen Teils des StGB). Im Rahmen des Falltrainings findet die abschließende Vorbereitung auf die Klausur statt.
