In der Veranstaltung werden Teilgebiete des kollektiven Arbeitsrechts behandelt: das Koalitionsrecht, das Tarifvertragsrecht sowie das Arbeitskampfrecht. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Tarifvertragsrecht, das sich mit dem Zustandekommen, dem Inhalt und der Wirkungsweise von Tarifverträgen befasst.

Schwerpunktbereich:
Der Stoff dieser Veranstaltung ist Gegenstand der fünfstündigen Aufsichtsarbeit im SoSe 2025.Recht und Management:
Studierende des Studiengangs Recht und Management können in dieser Veranstaltung eine benotete Einzelleistung erbringen. Dafür wird gegen Ende der Vorlesungszeit eine neunzigminütige Klausur angeboten. Anmeldung für diese (!) Klausur per E-Mail bis zum 16.5.2025. (Eine Abmeldung ist möglich, die Anmeldung dient allein dazu, die Klausur besser organisieren zu können.)
Termin für die Zweit – Klausur: 24. Juli um 14:30 Uhr. Anmeldung bei der Veranstalterin bis zum 17. Juli um 18:00 Uhr per Mail.

Die Veranstaltung wendet sich an Studierende des SPB 7, Arbeit und sozialer Schutz. Der Stoff des GK Arbeitsrecht wird vorausgesetzt.
BITTE BEACHTEN: Die Ausfälle wegen der Feiertage werden per Video und/oder durch Ersatztermine ausgeglichen. Falls Ersatztermine angesetzt werden, liegen sie in der Zeit der Veranstaltung "Examenstraining", die nicht das ganze Semester durchgehend stattfindet.

Auf Literatur wird in der Veranstaltung hingewiesen. Sicher nützlich ist Kamanabrou, Arbeitsrecht, 2. Aufl. 2023 (in der UB erhältlich, auch als ebook zum Download).
