Das Seminar führt ein in die typischen Fragen und Probleme moderner Governance mit einem Schwerpunkt auf den Umgang mit Normenkonflikten bei den unterschiedlichen beteiligten Akteuren.
Nach einem einführenen gemeinsamen Teil werden die Studierenden in Arbeitsgruppen sechs Policiybeispiele erforschen und dem Plenum präsentieren.
