To the currently valid version of degree programmeZum 01.10.2023 (Wintersemester 2023/24) tritt eine neue Studien- und Prüfungsordnung für den Studiengang Rechtswissenschaft (StudPrO) 2023 in Kraft und entfaltet Geltung für alle Studierenden, die zum Zeitpunkt des Inkrafttretens an der Universität Bielefeld den Studiengang Rechtswissenschaft mit dem Abschluss Erste Prüfung studieren. Gem. § 57 der neuen StudPrO 2023 gelten allerdings zugunsten der bisherigen Studierenden verschiedene Übergangsregelungen, welche eine möglichst komplikationslose und nahtlose Fortsetzung des Studiums unter Geltung der neuen Ordnung ermöglichen sollen.
