Die Vorlesung wendet sich vorrangig an die Studierenden im 4. Fachsemester, steht jedoch auch sonstigen Interessierten, auch aus Nachbardisziplinen, offen. Sie wird die im Pflichtfachbereich des rechtswissenschaftlichen Studiums geforderten Grundkenntnisse des Rechts der europäischen Integration (Europarecht) vermitteln. Zur Vorbereitung empfiehlt sich die Einarbeitung vermittels der angegebenen Literatur.
