Kommentar:
Das Laborpraktikum dient zum Erlernen sowohl grundlegender als auch komplexerer immunologischer Methoden. Die Studierenden sollen hier u.a. lernen, wie durch die Kombination immunologischer, biochemischer und zellbiologischer Methoden wissenschaftliche Fragestellungen bearbeitet werden können. Daher wird von den Studierenden erwartet, dass sie zur Versuchsvorbereitung zusätzlich Originalliteratur durch Computerrecherchen heranziehen.Im Einzelnen werden derzeit folgende Versuche (V1-V6) durchgeführt:
V1 - Nachweis von B- und T-Zell Membranproteinen der Milz durch Durchflusszytometrie (FACS)
V2 - Angeborene Immunität: Phagozytose von Partikeln (Beads)
V3 - Nachweis der Somatischen Genrekombination in B-Zellen mit Hilfe der PCR
V4 - Induktion der Apoptose in B- Lymphozyten und Nachweis durch Durchflusszytometrie (FACS)
V5 - Molekulare Grundlagen der blockierten Zelldifferenzierung bei der akuten Promyelozyten Leukämie (APL). Betrachtung der Reorganisation der PML unter einem Fluoreszenzmikroskop.
V6 - ELISA Test zur Quantifizierung von Antikörpern
Das Praktikum vermittelt die Fähigkeiten moderne immunologische, molekularbiologische und zellbiologische Methoden gezielt zur Beantwortung immunologischer Fragestellungen anzuwenden.
Neue Skripte (V1-V6) werden zwei Wochen vor dem Praktikum verteilt.
