Die Lehrveranstaltung bietet eine Übersicht über die Grundannahmen der Organisationssoziologie in der Absicht, die Organisationen von Gesellschaft zu bezeichnen, und zwar in beiden Hinsichten:
mit Blick auf Schichtung und mit Blick auf funktionale Differenzierung.
