The binding module descriptions contain further information, including specifications on the "types of assignments" students need to complete. In cases where a module description mentions more than one kind of assignment, the respective member of the teaching staff will decide which task(s) they assign the students.
A combination of class lecture and discussions based on the readings will be used. In addition to active class participation, students need to present papers related to any of the topic of medical sociology. For getting grades, students will submit term papers on the subject by the end of the semester.
