Die Veranstaltung richtet sich an Studierende in der Studieneingangsphase (1. und 2. Semester). Besprochen werden Methodik und Herangehensweise an eine juristische Hausarbeit im Öffentlichen Recht sowie die bei der Erstellung einer Hausarbeit zu beachtenden Formalia. Zur praktischen Umsetzung wird eine Anfängerhausarbeit im Öffentlichen Recht (Staatsorganisationsrecht) angeboten, die am Ende der Veranstaltung am 16.02.2017 ausgegeben wird (Abgabe am 30.03.2017 im Sekretariat Frau Bergmann oder per Post (Poststempel)). Studierende, die die Hausarbeit nicht mitschreiben möchten, sind ebenfalls willkommen.
