Lehrveranstaltung im Kerngebiet des SPB 2 (Wirtschaftsrechtsberatung) und im Ergänzungsgebiet Unternehmensrecht.
Die Veranstaltung findet an den ersten vier Montagen des Sommersemesters (jeweils von 8-12 Uhr) statt; sie führt in die Grundlagen der Rechnungslegung nach HGB und nach den internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (IAS/IFRS) ein. Weiterführende Literatur wird in der Vorlesung bekannt gegeben.
Eine SPB-Hausarbeit wird nicht angeboten.
