Inhalt der Vorlesung:
- Dünne Schichten und Oberflächen (Herstellung, Eigenschaften)
- Elektronische und magnetische Eigenschaften von Nanodrähten und Nanoschichten (Transport und Boltzmann-Formalismus, Einzelelektroneneffekte, magnetische Kopplungseffekte, GMR, TMR)
- Dielektrische Festkörper
- Lithographie
