Erfahrungen in der Praxis haben für BA-Studierende im Hinblick auf ihren Berufseinstieg eine besondere Bedeutung. Insbesondere dann, wenn diese im Studienverlauf feststellen, dass sie ggfs. ein anderes Berufsziel anstreben möchten. Somit ist dies als eine biografisch bedeutsame Entscheidung zu bewerten und soll durch das Seminar in besonderer Weise begleitet werden.
Im Seminar werden Texte zu relevanten Tätigkeitsfeldern bearbeitet, um auf dieser Basis die eigene pädagogische Professionalität und die pädagogische Praxis reflektieren zu können.
