Das Seminar richtet sich vor allem an Lehramtsstudierende und wird an zehn Terminan à drei Stunden stattfinden:

Contents, comment

Methodenkompetenz zählt zu den Schlüsselkompetenzen für eine gelungene Lehre und legt die Rahmenbedingungen zum Lernen. Gerade im Zusammenhang mit modernen Lehrprozessen ist die Ausbildung und Reflexion von Methodenkompetenz z.B. zum entdeckenden oder handlungsorientierten Lernen gefragt. Das aus studentischer Initiative entstandene Seminar gibt einen generellen Überblick über verschiedene Methoden, die fachunabhängig in der Lehrpraxis eingesetzt werden können. Es soll neben der theoretischen Ebene auch Sicherheit im Umgang mit den gewählten Methoden vermittelt werden, da diese nicht nur theoretisch besprochen, sondern auch praktisch angewandt werden.
Das Seminar wird durchgeführt von Studierenden, die bereits ihren Bachelor abgeschlossen haben. Eine aktive Teilnahme wird erworben durch ein Referat zu ausgewählten Methoden, deren Dokumentation in einem gemeinsam zu erstellenden Reader, der selbständigen Durchführung einer Methodensimulation und der aktiven Mitarbeit im Blockseminar.
