Ausgehend von dem im BA-Studium erworbenen literaturtheoretischen Wissen werden im Seminar neuere Theorien und Methoden der Literaturwissenschaft behandelt, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf übergreifend kulturwissenschaftlichen Theorieparadigmen liegt. Je nach Vorkenntnissen der Teilnehmer werden die wichtigsten Ansätze repetiert bzw. vorgestellt und am Beispiel konkreter Textanalysen auf ihre Tragweite (und auch ihre Mängel) hin befragt.
