Inhalt:
Die Vorlesung bietet eine Einführung in die Methoden und Standardmodelle der neuen Industrieökonomik. Dabei wird besonderes Augenmerk auf die Effekte von strategischen Überlegungen der Marktteilnehmer gelegt. Es wird gezeigt, welche Einsichten bezüglich des Zusammenhangs von Marktstruktur, Marktverhalten und Marktergebnis aus diesen Ansätzen gewonnen werden können.Inhaltsübersicht:
- Einführung
- Monopolverhalten und Wohlfahrtseffekte von Marktmacht
- Oligopole mit homogenen und differenzierten Produkten
- Strategische Positionierung am Markt
- Preisdifferenzierung
