Die Vorlesung ¿Polizei- und Ordnungsrecht¿ vermittelt die erforderlichen Kenntnisse für die Abschlussklausur und des 1. juristischen Staatsexamens. Im Schwerpunkt stehen folgende Fragestellungen:
- Aufgaben der Polizei- und Ordnungsbehörden,
- Befugnisse der Polizei- und Ordnungsbehörden,
- Adressaten des Polizei- und Ordnungsrechts,
- Vollstreckungs-, Entschädigungs-, Kosten-, und Rechtsschutzfragen des Polizei- und Ordnungsrechts.
Die Veranstaltung wendet sich zentral an Studierende der Rechtswissenschaft des 5. Studiensemesters. Im Anschluss werden eine Semesterabschlussklausur und eine Hausarbeit als Leistungsnachweise im Hauptstudium angeboten. Hö-rer(innen) anderer Fakultäten, die einen Leistungsnachweis benötigen, sollten sich zu Beginn des Semesters nach der Veranstaltung oder in der Sprechstunde melden.
