Das Insolvenzrecht regelt die materiell-rechtlichen und verfahrensrechtlichen Auswirkungen des wirtschaftlichen Zusammenbruchs eines Schuldners. Die Veranstaltung führt in dieses Rechtsgebiet ein. Interessierten wird auch die Möglichkeit zur Vertiefung und zur Anfertigung der häuslichen Arbeit im Schwerpunktbereich gegeben.
