Das Seminar dient der Vorbereitung von Bachelorarbeiten, die im Normalfall aus einem Theorieteil und einem praktisch-empirischen Teil bestehen. Das übergeordenete Thema lautet "Aufgaben im Mathematikunterricht"; dabei geht es um die Typisierung von mathematischen Aufgaben unter fachdidaktischem Aspekt und um die Untersuchung ihres "kognitiven Aktivierungspotenzials", d. h. um ihre Wirksamkeit für Lern- und Verstehensprozesse im Unterricht. Die fachlichen Inhalte können aus dem gesamten Bereich der Sek. I gewählt werden. Im Seminar werden die theoretischen Grundlagen erarbeitet und die eigenen empirischen Untersuchungen geplant.
