Erwerb grundlegender Kompetenzen für:

  • die Eigenrealisation
  • die methodische Vermittlung von Aktivitäten in den und im Bewegungsraum Wasser.

In diesem Kurs sollen folgende Inhalte bearbeitet und kennen gelernt werden:

  • Aneignung der vier Schwimmtechniken, der Starts und der Wenden
  • Fehleranalyse und Korrektur der Techniken, Starts und Wenden
  • Theoretische Aspekte aus den Bereichen Trainingslehre und Biomechanik und
  • ihre Umsetzung in der Praxis (Körperwahrnehmung)
  • Anfängerschwimmen: Wassergewöhnung und Wasserbewältigung
  • Wasserspringen und Wasserball
  • Aktivitäten im Bewegungsraum Wasser (Aqua-Sport)
