Das Seminar steht unter der Überschrift einer pädagogischen Werkstatt zur Individualisierung von Unterricht und erarbeitet didaktische Grundlagen zum Umgang mit Heterogenität im Unterricht. Im ersten Block des Seminars im September stehen Wege des Verstehens sowie das problemorientierte Lernen mithilfe von z.B. Aufgabendifferenzierung im Mittelpunkt. Im Block im Februar geht es um Unterrichsplanung. Das Seminar findet gemeinsam mit Lehrkräften aus zwölf Bielefelder Schulen verschiedener Schulformen statt. Daher ist eine verbindliche Anmeldung vorab unbedingt nötig.
