Die Veranstaltung dient der Sensibilisierung für die besonderen Lernvoraussetzungen und die spezifischen Förderbedarfe von Schülerinnen und Schülern mit Zweitsprache Deutsch und führt in Begriffe zur Analyse und Beschreibung von sprachlichen Strukturen, Zweitspracherwerb, Literalitätsentwicklung und Fachlernen unter den Bedingungen von Mehrsprachigkeit ein. Thematisiert werden u.a. lebensweltlich-biographische Aspekte von Mehrsprachigkeit, zentrale Einflussfaktoren des Zweitspracherwerbs, relevante linguistische Grundlagen der Sprachbeschreibung, Merkmale und Entwicklungen von Lernersprachen, Fehler als Indikatoren für lernersprachliche Entwicklungsprozesse, kontrastive Sprachbetrachtung, konzeptionelle Mündlichkeit/Schriftlichkeit (BICS/CALP).
