Mit wachsender Teilnehmendenzahl wächst auch die Zahl derer, die neben ihrer Promotion in der klinischen Praxis arbeiten – sei es im Rahmen der Weiterbildung oder als Haupt- bzw. Nebenberuf. Immer wieder stellt sich die Frage: Wie bringt man beides unter einen Hut und wie kann ich langfristig in beiden Bereichen arbeiten?
Um den Austausch zu diesem Thema zu fördern, möchte ich gerne niedrigschwellig eine Online-Austauschrunde ins Leben rufen. Vierteljährlich treffen wir uns am Mittwochnachmittag bei Zoom und quatschen über die Herasuforderungen. Das Konzept dient erstmal dem Ausprobieren und von da aus können wir gerne nach weiteren Bedarfen schauen.
