Die Einzelschule wird seit etlichen Jahren als eine“ lernende Organisation“ adressiert und aufgefordert, sich systematisch und zielgerichtet zu entwickeln. In dem Seminar sollen zunächst die dafür entwickelten programmatischen Konzeptideen erarbeitet und anschließend kritisch hinterfragt werden. Einbezogen werden dabei u.a. auch Forschungsergebnisse aus einem aktuellen Forschungsprojekt, das der Frage nachgeht, ob durch Instrumente der sog. neuen Steuerung (hier die Schulinspektion) tatsächlich Schulentwicklungsprozesse anregt werden.
